At Upper Great Lakes, we provide consultant pharmacist services in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Our pharmacists are board certified in geriatric pharmacy and have over 20 years combined pharmacy experience.

Our Pharmacists

Patricia Heenan, PharmD, CGP, FASCP

Patricia Heenan graduated pharmacy school from Purdue University, West Lafayette Indiana with a Doctor of Pharmacy. Patricia has a broad range of pharmacy experience including hospital, retail, nuclear and long-term care pharmacy. She is licensed in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Indiana. Patricia is a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and Fellow of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (https://www.ascp.com/articles/become-fellow-ascp).
Patricia now focuses her pharmacy practice exclusively on long term care consulting.

Brock Knez, PharmD, CGP

Brock Knez attended pharmacy school at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He has a Doctor of Pharmacy and has practiced retail, hospital and long-term care pharmacy. He is licensed in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Brock is a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist.
